I will replace previously installed pump with a Simer Commercial Heavy Duty Cast Iron Pump for $350.00, in most cases.
Includes:
New Simer Heavy Duty Cast Iron Pump, $225.00 (or comparable)
Installation, with up to 6' -1 1/2'' Pipe or hose kit & Check Valve, $125.00
Total Cost $350.00 (If you have a previously piped Pump with pit.)
If you have never had a Pump Installed and require a pit I will install my $999.00 Sump Pump System Which Includes:
* Simer Heavy Duty Cast Iron Pump, (or comparable)
* Check valve.
* JackHammering Concrete Floor, Up to 3.5 Inches Thick..
* Excavating to 14'' below concrete. Unless a footing or Plumbing pipe prevents a 14'' depth.
* Pump Placed in a Bucket to prevent silt and hole collapse.
* Up to 15' of 1 1/2'' PVC Piping to be piped to outside of building through wood siding. Drilling a hole through Concrete foundation wall is an additional fee.
* 24 feet of flexible hosing installed where PVC pipe exits home.
* Left over debris to be removed and place in customers yard.
* Debris Removed off site for additional fee.
* Any Electrical Outlets for pump are not included. (I can Include my electrician at an additional fee)
